A cost effective solution to support USB to UART / USB to SPI applications.
Use a single crystal or resonator, with build-in capacitors from XI and XO to
ground, no external capacitors for the crystal or resonator is required. The
crystal or resonator can be either 6 MHZ or 12 MHZ, selected by a internal
option cell.
Built-in Sunplus 8 bit CPU core which can be running at up to 12 MHZ clock
rate.

Parallel Interface with DMA

Timer
Timer0: 14-bit free-run timer, generates two interrupts: overflow IRQ
(T0_Flag) and real time IRQ (RTI).

exclusively by the UART when the UART is enabled.
Timer2: Re-loadable 8-bit timer, counting at USB frame rate 1 ms.
