Due to Sunplus group's organizational reform, all of the assets, products and business concerning Sunplus mMedia Inc. PC Camera business will be acquired and merged into Sunplus Innovation Technology Inc., an affiliated company of Sunplus Group, effective on November 1, 2009. Upon the effective date of such M&A, the entire engineering team and the sales-marketing staff of PC Camera product line at Sunplus mMedia Inc. will join SunplusIT and continue to provide uninterrupted services to all the customers.
